About Bill

Having been born in St. Petersburg and lived here for over 50-years, I know the Tampa Bay area and its neighborhoods better than just about anybody. I have a large network of friends and associates in all fields and walks of life.

As a writer, director, producer and teacher, I have made a name for myself in Tampa Bay as a person of talent, intelligence, and drive upon whom you can depend to take on every project with gusto and to follow through and deliver. I plan to pursue the real estate business with the same gusto and determination.

NextHome Luxe Coastal is a real estate brokerage unlike any other in the Tampa Bay area, as it offers a multi-disciplinary approach to real estate, utilizing the skills of its attorney owners who are also mediators, litigators, CPAs and title agents. NextHome Luxe Coastal is a one stop real estate shop.
